The National Vine and Wine Chamber has exclusive ownership rights on the following trademarks:
Registry Nr. 19948 “SOPHIA” ñ ïðèîðèòåò îò 01.04.1992 ã,
Registry Nr. 26416 “ÌÅÄÂÅÆÜß ÊÐÎÂÜ” (Bear's Blood) priority enforceable from 29.06.1994,
Registry Nr. 27118 “ÂÅ×ÅÐÍÈÉ ÇÂÎÍ” (Evening Chime) priority enforceable from 29.06.1994,
Registry Nr. 27117 “ÇÎËÎÒÀß ÎÑÅÍÜ” (Golden Autumn) priority enforceable from 29.061994,
Registry Nr. 26415 “ÑÒÀÐÛÉ ÃÎÐÎÄ” (The Old Town) priority enforceable from 29.06.1994,
Registry Nr. 26419 “ÇÎËÎÒÎÉ ÁÅÐÅÔ (Golden Shore) priority enforceable from 29.06.1994 and
Registry Nr. 26412 “ÏÐÈÁÐÅÆÍÎÅ” (Pribrezhnoe) priority enforceable from 29.06.1994.
These trademarks are registered for goods class 33 of MKSU and namely: alcoholic beverages (with the exception of beer). The ownership rights over the trademarks include the right of the NVWC to use them, to manage them and to prohibit third persons from utilising them in commercial activities without consent of the Chamber. The trademarks – the property of NVWC may be used only and exclusively by wine traders, who are members of NVWC and have concluded a license agreement for the utilisation of the trademarks.
